Here's Dru relaxing in the lobby of our hotel. Actually, we were just blissfully sitting there awaiting our guide to take us out to the Murano and Burano islands. Fortunately, Dave checked the reservations and to his horror discovered that there was no guide to meet us in our hotel lobby, but rather we were suppose to report to a chartered ferry on the other side of the island just minutes from then! Our helpful hotel concierge recommended that we take the water bus and gave us hurried directions. Fortunately, we made it with just minutes to spare for the following tour and enjoyed a lovely day taking in the sights. You'll see more of that excursion towards the end of the gallery.
